WMBA SDK - Software Development Kit
The WirTec WMBA SDK is a comprehensive development toolkit that allows developers to customize the standard WMBA interface and functionality or adapt and integrate the WMBA interface and functionality into their own application on multiple platforms.
At the heart of the system is the DIGITALink Server, a rich forms-processing engine which can interpret any form built with the WMBA RAD Designer. The powerful component can provide the user interface, manage data collection, and ultimately, output the data to other systems.
The Custrom Component can be used in the following ways:
- Within a custom application
- In a Web-based application deployed to Internet Explorer clients
- As a part of the WMBA Client
- As a process in the WMBA Framework
WMBA SDK Version 4 is a Java based SDK that bundles together WMBA industry-leading handwriting recognition, natural user interface, and unified support for Digital Pens (Logitech, Nokia, HP), Tablet PCs with Windows XP Tablet PC Edition, as well as supporting other platforms such as digital pens (Logitech, HP). WMBA SDK features a rich object model and an easy-to-use form designer. Solutions built using WMBA SDK can be deployed either in rich client or smart client configurations.
